My approach goes beyond styling—I prioritize scalp health, hair preservation, and customized care to ensure each client’s hair thrives both in and out of the salon. Every service is performed thoughtfully, with attention to detail, healthy techniques, and long-term results in mind. My mission is to create beautiful styles while maintaining the strength, health, and confidence of every client I serve. DEPOSIT A non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments at the time of booking. Deposits go toward your total service cost. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING You may reschedule your appointment one time with at least 24 hours notice and your deposit will transfer to your new date. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in loss of deposit. Same-day cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit and may require a new deposit to book again. ALL NO CALL NO SHOWS will be BLOCKED FROM FUTURE BOOKING and will result in an automatic payment of service cost! LATE A grace period of 10–15 minutes is allowed. After the grace period, your appointment may be canceled. PAYMENTS To protect my time and ensure a smooth experience for all clients, full prepayment at the start of service is required for all appointments at QuTe Hair & Beauty. All DEPOSITS and/or HAIR PURCHASED must to be made PRIOR to BOOKING! Services must be paid IN FULL BEFORE LEAVING the salon suite. REFUNDS Not Happy? You have 24-48 hours to contact me FOR A FIX!! I will do all that I can to satisfy you. NO REFUNDS will be given for any given reason at all! Policy Agreement By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the policies stated above. Cancellation Policy

You have 24 hours prior to your appointment time to contact me about cancellation. Any notice less than 24 hours will be charged a LATE CANCELLATION FEE!! ALL NO CALL NO SHOWS will be BLOCKED FROM FUTURE BOOKING. If there is an emergency on the day of your appointment and you need to cancel please call or text. If this becomes habitual, you will be blocked from booking.
